Nathan Cook: Massage Therapist

Enjoy good health!

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site! It is my hope that, through my massage and bodywork sessions, I will be able to help you become a healthier, more pain-free individual who is capable of enjoying good health! During my years in the massage and bodywork field I have developed a physical medicine/pain management approach to massage. Just to clarify, this does not mean that a massage with me will consist solely of me sticking my fingers, fists, and elbows into tender points on your body and "waiting for a realease." Rather, a massage with me will consist of a variety of techniques, such as Swedish massage strokes, myofascial release, massage cupping, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, hot stones, reflexology, trigger point therapy, etc., with the end goal being facilitation of healing and increase of function in your musculoskeletal system. I use whatever technique or approach will seem to be the most effective for each individual client and pain pattern, and I am constantly studying to try to hone my skills and add new skills to my tool kit.

I am pleased to announce that I have recently finished my schooling to become a physical therapist assistant, and am working at an outpatient physical therapy clinic full-time during the week. My massage schedule will be a bit more limited as I transition into this new career, but I hope to have more availability to travel to your home soon! Below is my schedule at Elements Massage in Wexford. You can schedule with me there on Saturdays or Sundays.

Sunday: Elements Massage, 12:30-7pm

Saturday: Elements Massage, 9am-5pm
